We have had the pleasure of catering for some of the regions most important national and international conferences, previous and regular clients include the National Office of Statistics, The WRU, The Chartered Institute of Housing, The Welsh Assembly, and the International Conference of Paediatric Anaesthetics.

Our conference package is, of course, tailored to your specific requirements. Usually we would provide Tea and Coffee on arrival and then at various points throughout the day, these breaks also include a selection of sweet biscuits, cakes & muffins, and warm welsh cakes. For lunch our hot fork buffet is very popular (please see below), sandwich buffets and items from our Themed menus are also common choices. Hot Fork Buffet

This menu is served to your delegates from long buffet tables by our friendly waiting staff, usually two options are chosen from the first selection and then a vegetarian option. All the dishes are served with a large selection of side dishes. Desserts, Starters and Cheese boards are all available - please contact us for further details.

Sandwich Buffet

This menu suits groups wanting a quick bite to eat between meetings. Usually several options are chosen to accompany the selection of sandwiches and crisps.
