Paella Night

Paella originates in Valencia, Spain; it is a rice dish, cooked with saffron to produce the characteristic yellow colour. This yellow contrasts with the colours of the Meat, Seafood and Vegatables to create a colourful dish

Generous portions of paella served from a buffet table, vegetarian paella will be available for your vegetarian guests.

Cajun Night

Jambalaya is a rice based dish which comes from Cajun or Creole cooking. There is a perception that cajun cooking is very spicy, however it contains more peppery flavours rather than hot ones. In our Jambalaya we have tried to combine all the classic flavours; shellfish, spicy pork sausage, chicken and a roux stock.

Our Jambalaya is served from a buffet table, it is suitable as a filling evening meal and needs no accompaniments.

Curry Night

Curry is now a firm British favourite, and our selection will suit the vast majority of tastes. The selection of curries is served to the table, in metal balti dishes. Additional curries can easily be added to the menu on request
