Weddings
Weddings are very special events, each with their own individual character. To help you implement and augment your ideas, we can provide or recommend services such as Toast Masters, Harpists, Florists, Wedding cakes, Photographers, Wedding Cars, Marquees, Bands & Discos.

The choice of food at the reception is another area where personal requirements are very important. Below are two menus that have proved popular in the past, the first one is a selection from our standard dinner menu (which has a very large choice of possible combinations), while the second is our own version of a Welsh wedding feast. You may also be interested in our selection of buffets and drinks packages, please contact us for our full menu pack, and further details.
Wedding Breakfast
Our classic wedding breakfast is a constant favourite amoung our clients, the example menu shows one of the more popular combinations. Everything can of course be tailored to the season and your requirements.

A Traditional Welsh Wedding Feast
This is a true feast, with a wide selection of traditional welsh dishes, including; Glamorgan Pie which is similar to quiche; Bidding pie which orginates from the Gower peninsula. A Bidder (Gwahoddwr) would sell small pieces of pie to the guests to raise money for the young couple; Buttered Bara Brith - a light, malt type loaf; Teisen Sinamwn - a cinnamon roll and Pwdin Watcyn Wynne - a Lemon sponge pudding first served on the 19th April 1770 to celebrate the coming of age of Sir Watcyn Wynne after whom the pudding was named.

The feast is served buffet style, and although there are no seperate courses, your guests can have starters, main course, dessert and cheese if they wish.
Canapé Reception
Either as nibbles as your guests arrive or during the photographs, waiters offering canapes from our wide selection provides an inital talking point and spurs discussions over favourites. This is a small selection from our canapé range.
